In response to Davids message dated 22/10/04 - I am sorry that your meal did not live up to your expectations. On our website we welcome all comments in the guest book. I remember your particular complaint and as you may recall I came out to speak to you to offer my apologies together with a full explanation as to why the kormas you had were too hot for you. Again I would like to point out that at the time of your visit we had just started a new brand of curry powder which after your complaint we realised was not the one we had been using for the past two years. It turned out to be a stronger strength and we have now modified the recipe. We have had no further complaints. Regarding your dish you did not mention to me at the time that you were dissatisfied with yours. I would like to point out that the korma dishes were taken off your bill which I felt was the right thing to do. Our dessert menu has a reasonable choice but we have to rely on our supplier to deliver to us on time and at that time we had a limited stock. All my staff endeavour to make everyone's visit to 'DIVA' a unique one by giving you the complete fine dining experience and although we satisfy the vast majority of the customers in reality we will get a complaint once in a while. I have never played on the BBC and I would like to think that one would only go back to any restaurant if they enjoyed the food and service.

My family and I visited your restaurant last week (Tuesday) where we ordered 2 Chicken kormas and a childs portion + I had a meat bhoona, my third child had just a portion of chips. we were very disappointed the kormas were the worst my wife and I had ever tasted, they were to strong and my son couldn't eat his .My Bhoona was very greasey. It was only the following day were told our friends that we had been to the DIVA they said they had been ONCE and would not return because of the POOR quaulity and bad service.re:- selection of ices for desserts was only very very minimal all in all, we think you are playing on the BBC progam to much. We have lived on the costa blanca and the cost of living is CHEAPER BACK HERE. so you are welcome to SPAIN.
