As a Blyth lad who moved away over 35 years ago I rely heavily on the web site for scores and info.I am sure there are many others in similar situations who will join me in congratulating you on a job well done for yet another year. My first soccer hero was Harry Mills and I stood behind his goal on so many occassions watching the Spartans as a young lad. Despite the decidedly 'dodgy' start to the season we 'aint done too bad at the death. It is worth mentioning that the name 'Blyth Spartans' is still known and respected all over the world - I wear the club tee shirts and strip [what do you mean i'm too old] whenever we go off on our travels and the strangest place I have been approached as a result has to be in Nepal.A young New Zealander came over to shake my hand and discuss the finer points of non-league soccer !! Mind you it transpired his family originated from Cramlington. Regards Jack Walton

I was one of the many who travelled to Bamber Bridge, i have to say what a way to end the season, the last couple of months have been great and the team are a pleasure to watch, i'm sure like others i can't wait for the start of the next season, and i hope Harry and the lads can keep up the current form..cheers lads! Hawah Blyyyyyyyyyyyth!

Well what a game against Gateshead, the lads soaked up a lot of pressure, especially in the 2nd half but Harry's got the lads fighting and not giving up, all in all it was a great game with 2 smashing goals. Hawah Blyyyyyyyyyth!

The lads won a hard fought game yesterday, the lads never stopped and if Harry and the team keep on going like this until the end of season, we have a good chance of staying up, well done lads Haway Blyyyyyyth!

Worst referee ever against Hyde. We have some hope with our new forward line. If we can stay up and build for next season the future will be bright. Some very poor teams in this league. Cmon you Spartans

Haway the lads!!! Well done on the 5-2 thrashin of Wakefield and Emley!! Things can only get better!! Lets keep it up lads and avoid relegation, starting with the most important game of the season, versus local rivals Gateshead! 3-0 to Spartans!!!

Great to see the guest book back, i would just like to say that Blyth in the last four games have really picked up, it was a unfair result against Hyde, but i'm sure the way Harry's got the lads playing at the moment they can avoid relegation..Hawah Blyyyyyth!
