If you want to send them to me I will gather them and start to collect them into bunches such as years, venues, etc. I know that there are a bunch on the yahoo site, but those are resized and very lossy. I checked the moose lodge for pics but see none as of yet from one of the past La Boca shows. If you have some digital photos, please send them to cfmxdeveloper'at'yahoo.com. Please try and send the originals, not the web versions, the bigger the better. If you have descriptions please be sure to add them, I will post them and credit the sender of course. If you have a bunch and would be willing to send them to me on CD that is cool to, or hand them to me at the Main Pub (3/25) show, that works too, I can also scan and give them back to you, unharmed of course (and give you the digital prints on cd too). They assured me that it is only temporary and once the transitions are complete there will be no more problems. In the meantime, I do apologize for the screwiness, keep trying and for gods sake submit the messages only once!!! They will go through eventually I have learned. Of course in the future if it keeps up then its off to a new board. You will have plenty of advance warning if that happens. Hey all you programmers out there, anyone have experience in setting up Perl or php scripts? I should just buy a script and run it on another server that supports either one of those, instead of transfering the entire website to one that does allow those scripts to be used. Speaking of ARF - while at the Maple Tree on day 3, my stuff was set up, mics and all. This was quite a while before the gig, so I was hanging out. A guy came up to me and asked "are you part of the band?" I said "no, I do some recordings.." I quickly corrected myself, saying "..amateur, hobby recording that is..." He then asked "so you freelance?" I laughed and said I just follow this band, I'm a RABID FAN. It just came out. He got a chuckle out of that. Four days of Juice was quite the experience. The band seemed to get more energy each gig! I like the Wobbly Barn as a venue (minus the smoke) as it's pretty big, lots of room to dance. And while the gigs were all enjoyable, right until the last note at the smokin' La Boca show, my favorite moments were the few in which we hung out at the band house. Joe had his bass on a small amp (also worked as an incense holder), Mike & Dennis on acoustic guitar, Julee on mandolin, and friends all around - I could have sat there for hours and hours. It's one of the moments that gets a permanent spot in your memory.
